After over three decades of experience in bedside nursing, Cathy joined the great exodus out of the hospital to take a more functional approach to helping people. Experience has shown her that a holistic (mind, body and spirit) approach to health and wellness is essential. Holistic Essentials offers IV hydration, nutrition, aromatherapy and health coaching. Cathy holds 4 certifications including functional nutrition and aromatherapy. Your experience with Holistic Essentials will stand out from other infusion businesses because as you get your IV infusion you can also discuss your health goals and get personalized coaching, if desired. She works closely with her medical director who practices functional medicine and has decades of experience. Cathy is available by appointment only for your concierge nursing needs.
